Our approach
Our process puts the owner first. We believe that the role of the designer is one that facilitates and brings to life the owner’s vision of what they want for their new home or renovation project. Our design process starts with a discussion about what the owner wants, not with what we think they should have; rather it enables the owner to realize their own ideas about their project. We believe that at the end of the project, the owner should feel that they’ve participated fully in the design of their new home or addition.
The success of building a new home, or adding space to an existing one, depends on the process of bringing people together to work as a team – what something IS…IS how it’s made.
The design process is one that fundamentally chooses from many options; our role is to enable the owner to make informed decisions about a variety choices.
