A preliminary perspective study provided the owners with a look at how their compact site would inform the design of their 3,200 sq.ft home. The home features a traditional farmhouse style and a large owners’ suite at the rear. Energy Star protocols were incorporated to provide exceptional air-tightness and energy efficiency.
